Ralph comes up with the solution to find her--in the nick of time--and "From then on, Ralph watched his favorite sister very carefully." Pastels dominate, appropriate for the Easter theme of the story. A favorite story

I love this story and had the paperback for years but after reading it to one of my granddaughters she asked if she could keep it.
I gave it to her and ordered myself a new one to have on hand for the other grandchildren. Hans Wilhelm is a great children's author.
